- Coaching Experience: Coach Laureat (his nickname: Tiki-taka) has been coaching and training players since 2000. His coaching philosophy is centered on TIKI-TAKA and individual player development to build a foundation of tactical and technical skills that will lead to long-term success. In addition to his experience as a player, he established a non-profit soccer school academy, named 3T, in Madagascar, East Africa. He was the head coach U14 from 2000-2005. His U14 teams have competed in top flights of premier-level tournaments nationally and abroad, such as in Saint Pierre, La Reunion (France). Several of his players continued to play professionally abroad and for the Malagasy National Team.
- Playing Experience: He was a Midfielder in a soccer club “AS Corps Enseignant,” National Division, Madagascar.
- Education: Laureat has a MSA at American University and MBA at UDC. He is currently an Accountant in the federal government.
