- Playing Experience: Theo began his soccer career in his native country of Ghana, West Africa. As a National High School player, he was considered to be one of the best creative midfielders. He was awarded a full four-year scholarship at the U.S. Collegiate level where he received numerous honors and awards including All-Academic Team Award, NCAA All American Honorable Mention, and All Mid-Atlantic Team Awards. A combination of academic and athletic ability and sportsmanship led to his selection to Who’s Who in American Universities and Colleges. Upon graduating from college, he coordinated the District of Columbia Division of National Youth Sports Program (Soccer Component) for four years. He continued to play competitive amateur and semiprofessional level soccer for various Washington Area teams.
