Coaching Philosophy: I want to develop strong individual and team soccer players who are confident with the ball and who make good decisions on the soccer field. I want to build positional awareness and promote a strong off-ball movement. I want to build strong, smart defenders at every position, who pressure the ball, make smart tackles, and use team defensive strategies. I want to develop physically, socially, and emotionally strong and supportive individuals who respect their coaches, teammates, and opponents, and I want everyone to have fun while they learn the game of soccer!
