Potomac Soccer Association, Bender JCC Of Greater Washington Announce Five Year Partnership



Agreement To Include Use Of JCC SportsPlex, Program/Community Service Development Opportunities

Potomac, MD- Potomac Soccer Association announced today a community partnership agreement with the Bender JCC of Greater Washington.

The five-year agreement will include the Bender JCC of Greater Washington’s new SportsPlex becoming the official home field of the Potomac Soccer AssociationPSA’s teams will have the opportunity to practice and play in the athletic facility starting with the 2022-2023 season. The facility will include an outdoor athletic field, a sports pavilion with a covered athletic court, and climate-controlled outdoor restrooms. Construction began on the facility in the summer of 2022 and is expected to be completed by November 2022. PSA teams will begin practicing at the Bender JCC SportsPlex starting in August.

In addition to the usage of the Bender JCC SportsPlex, PSA and the Bender JCC will work together on the development of programs and community service opportunities for the Washington D.C. Metro community. Members of the PSA community will also have the opportunity to participate in programs and events outside of club activities including service projects and educational enrichment opportunities.

Partnering with the Bender JCC will provide our players with a fantastic facility to help continue building their soccer skills on the field and the opportunity to better serve our community through the JCC’s programs and events.”
